Terms
Last updated: May 2026
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You may use the service for personal and business purposes, provided you do not post content that violates the law, infringes on the rights of others, or is harmful to other users.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. One account per person. If you suspect unauthorized access, inform us immediately at support@linkdash.eu. We reserve the right to block accounts in case of abuse.
You may not use LinkDash for: (a) spam, phishing or distributing malware; (b) hosting hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, violent or sexually explicit content; (c) impersonating other persons or brands; (d) circumventing security measures or abusing the API; (e) reselling the service without written permission; (f) posting misleading links, fake webshops, pyramid schemes or affiliate fraud; (g) promoting crypto scams, counterfeit goods, unregulated financial services or infringing merchandise; (h) sending automated/bot traffic to your page to manipulate analytics or partner commissions; (i) any use that violates EU, US or Dutch sanctions law (see section 15). LinkDash assesses violations at its reasonable discretion; violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior warning and without refund of any remaining subscription period.
LinkDash offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Creator, Pro, Business). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Mollie. Prices are in euros and exclude applicable VAT. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are possible within 14 days of first payment, provided the service has not been substantially used. LinkDash reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days advance notice by email.
Through the Mini Shop you can sell products to visitors of your page. Payments are processed by an external payment provider (Mollie). LinkDash acts solely as a technical platform and is not a party to the transaction between seller and buyer. The seller (user) is responsible for: the accuracy of product information, compliance with consumer protection law (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers), return policies, any VAT obligations, and timely delivery of products to buyers. The buyer enters into an agreement with the seller, not with LinkDash. LinkDash is not liable for the quality, delivery, return handling, or any other aspect of the transaction. Complaints about a product should be directed to the seller. By making a purchase through the Mini Shop, the buyer confirms having read and agreed to these terms. Chargebacks and fraud disputes: the seller bears full responsibility for chargebacks, refunds and card disputes on their sales. Any dispute fees charged by the payment provider are passed on to the seller. LinkDash may immediately suspend accounts with excessive chargeback ratios (above 1% on a rolling 90-day period), demonstrably deceptive selling practices, or suspicious transaction patterns. On suspicion of fraud, LinkDash may, at the request of the payment provider, refuse or freeze suspicious transactions pending investigation.
LinkDash offers AI features such as AI Bio Writer, AI Page Builder, AI Coach and Smart Links. AI-generated content is a tool and is provided “as is.” LinkDash does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, up-to-date or suitable for your specific situation. AI output may be factually wrong, outdated, legally invalid or financially unsound. You may not blindly rely on AI output: you are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and editing AI-generated text before publishing or basing decisions on it. LinkDash explicitly does NOT provide legal, tax, medical, financial or other professional advice through its AI features. AI output is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. LinkDash is not liable for damage arising from reliance on or publication of AI output. AI features are subject to usage limits that vary by subscription plan and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
The LinkDash platform, including design, code and branding, is owned by LinkDash. Content you place on your page remains your property. By placing content, you grant LinkDash a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and technically process it as part of the service. This license ends when you remove the content or delete your account.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LinkDash does not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. Functions, features or integrations may be modified, replaced or removed at any time without prior notice; LinkDash retains full discretion. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. The service depends on external providers including Supabase (database/storage, EU region), Mollie (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI/Anthropic/other AI providers (AI features) and CDN/DNS vendors. Outages, interruptions or policy changes at these third parties may cause temporary or permanent unavailability of parts of LinkDash. LinkDash is not liable for: (a) downtime, delays or data loss caused by external providers; (b) lost revenue, missed sales or business interruption resulting from service unavailability; (c) reputational damage from temporary outages. Business users requiring guaranteed uptime should provide for that through redundant systems or a dedicated agreement (on request, not included in standard subscriptions).
LinkDash’s total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to LinkDash in the past 12 months, up to a maximum of €100. LinkDash is in no event liable for: indirect, consequential or incidental damages or lost profits; loss of data, content or business interruption; damage from unauthorized access to your account; actions of third parties, including buyers through the Mini Shop. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of LinkDash.
LinkDash processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our full privacy policy is available at linkdash.eu/privacy. By using the service, you agree to the processing of your data as described in the privacy policy. For data of visitors to your LinkDash page (such as analytics data, subscribers, buyers and booking details), LinkDash acts as processor and you act as controller. For business users requiring a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — for example due to employer requirements, DPO obligations or GDPR accountability — a standard DPA is available on request via support@linkdash.eu. This DPA covers sub-processors, technical and organizational measures, data location (EU/Frankfurt) and data subject requests. Personal data is in principle not transferred outside the EU; AI providers process pseudonymized prompt data subject to their own terms, as described in the privacy policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a LinkDash account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 16, the account will be removed.
You can delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support@linkdash.eu. After deletion, all your data, pages, links and products are permanently removed within 30 days. LinkDash may refuse or terminate an account or registration without stating a reason, provided this does not conflict with mandatory consumer protection rules. On suspicion or determination of fraud, stolen payment means, identity abuse, money laundering, sanctions violation or serious breach of section 4, LinkDash may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect without prior warning. In such serious cases, remaining subscription periods will NOT be refunded, and LinkDash may freeze funds received through the Mini Shop pending investigation. If LinkDash terminates without a serious breach (e.g. due to a business policy change), the remaining portion of a prepaid subscription will be refunded pro rata. Termination for any reason does not relieve the user of outstanding payment obligations.
LinkDash respects intellectual property rights and handles infringement complaints through a notice-and-takedown procedure. If you believe content on a LinkDash page infringes your copyright, trademark, image rights or other rights, you may file a complaint via support@linkdash.eu. The notice must contain: (a) your name, contact details and capacity (rights holder or authorized agent); (b) a specific description of the infringement plus URL(s) of the relevant LinkDash page; (c) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; (d) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate. LinkDash may take content offline upon first request or on a substantiated complaint, even without a court order, and will notify the poster. The poster may file a counter-notice after which LinkDash will reassess the content. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, including images, videos, music, brand logos, product images and texts. It is forbidden to upload content you do not have rights to. LinkDash may permanently exclude repeat infringers and take legal action or cooperate with investigations by rights holders or law enforcement.
LinkDash may not be used by persons or entities located in, or for the benefit of, countries or regions subject to sanctions or trade embargoes imposed by the European Union, the Kingdom of the Netherlands or the United States (OFAC). You represent that you do not appear on the EU sanctions lists, the Dutch national sanctions list or the OFAC SDN list, and that you do not act on behalf of a sanctioned party. Using LinkDash to sell or promote goods or services subject to export-control regulations (including arms, military technology, dual-use goods, certain encryption technology and goods requiring an export license), or otherwise prohibited by applicable law, is forbidden. In the event of a determined violation, all related accounts will be terminated immediately, payments will be blocked, and where legally required, notification will be made to the competent authorities.
LinkDash may modify these terms at any time. For material changes, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email. By continuing to use the service after the modified terms take effect, you agree to the changes. If you do not agree, you may delete your account.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumers also retain the rights available under applicable consumer law and may use competent alternative dispute resolution bodies where legally available.
